Q: What medicines do you NOT sell?
A: We sell all types of medicines. If we do not have it listed on our web site please email us. We will respond back with a price and estimated time of shipping.
Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: A prescription is not required. If you have a prescription you can fax or email it to us.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept only Master Card and Visa.
Q: How long do I have to wait before my order arrives? How long does it take to get the books and then the meds?
A: Once we receive payment for the materials you request from us, we process the order and ship them immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you submit that order to us until merchandise gets shipped. Since all shipping is done by First Class Mail, packages arrive in 2-3 days from the time they are sent depending on where you live. International orders are shipped First Class Airmail.
Q: How can you guarantee delivery?
A: Everything we send is sent with a tracking number. We monitor the package from the time it is shipped until the moment it arrives at your front door. If there is a problem with the package we will know it ahead of time and arrange for a different method of shipping.
